For Day Scholar & Boarder Students

Main points of school admission policy are given below:

  1. Applicant should pass the admission test.
  2. Passing percentage is 50% of the aggregate marks.
  3. Following documents should be attached with the admission form:
  1. 3 photocopies of “Birth Certificate”
  2. 3 photocopies of “B - Form”
  3. 3 photocopies of father’s national identity card (CNIC)
  4. 3 photocopies of guardian’s national identity card (CNIC) in case of boarder or orphan kids
  5. 3 passport size fresh snaps
  6. School leaving certificate of previous institute
  1. Applicant’s age should be according to the given age bracket:

Early Year Classes

  • Playgroup: 3 - 4 Years
  • Nursery: 4 - 5 Years
  • Prep: 5 - 6 years

Primary Classes

  • One: 6 - 7 Years
  • Two: 7 - 8 Years
  • Three: 8 - 9 Years
  • Four: 9 - 10 Years
  • Five: 10 - 11 Years

Elementary Classes

  • Six: 11 - 12 Years
  • Seven: 12 - 13 Years
  • Eight: 13 - 14 Years

Secondary Classes

  • Nine: 14 - 15 Years
  • Ten: 15 - 16 Years

Higher Secondary Classes

  • 1st Year: 16 - 17
  • 2nd Year: 17 - 18

admission procedure of AGS

School Admission Procedure

  1. Applicants/ parents/ guardians may collect basic information regarding new admission from Admission Office.
  2. Deposit Rs. 200 registration fee in Accounts Department before admission test.
  3. Written test is taken back after one hour and referred to the respective teachers for marking.
  4. After marking test is sent to the Vice Principal AGS for comments.
  5. Passing criteria for admission test is 50% of total marks.
  6. After receiving marked admission test, applicant is sent to principal’s office for initial interview.
  7. Principal declares the final result as pass or fail based on test and post interview.
  8. Principal confirms the admission and sends the case to accounts department for submission of:
  1. Admission fee
  2. Security fee
  3. Tuition fee
  4. Hostel, & mess fee in case of boarder student
  5. Academy fee for evening coaching classes and continuous test session
  1. Admission Officer fills admission form of the applicant and gets signatures of the Vice Principal and Principal.
  2. Status of applicant is changed as “Student of AGS” after this activity.
